Esentual HR

You cannot provide Employment Management solutions without being able to offer a range of Human Resource functions. There are two primary service areas which benefit from our expereince and contracts, however this is expected to be an area of growth and expansion in 2012, the two current service areas are:

• Umbrella "Boost" and "Classic"
• Training and Development

Umbrella

Within the Umbrella solutions it is a requirement and duty for Esentual to offer the basic facilities of HR for the employees nestling under the Umbrella. We ensure the currancy of our Handbook and procedures by contracting to Peninsula for audits and guidance. Our Umbrella employees are covered by our PLI and have the option of additional insurance via Esentual Cover. Some of our clients have elected to provide Esentual Cover as a default for all workers operating through the Esentual Umbrella solutions. We operate standard greivance, disciplinary and equal opportunity polices and procedures and therefore enable our Recruitment clients to trasnfer this responsibility to us. We have approrpiate indemnities to cover for industrial tribunals in the unlikely event this is required.

Training and Development

We operate bespoke training services through our partnership with La Gente Ltd. The primary focus of the training has been to Public Sector and Local Authorities with clients throughout the U.K. In the past 12 months 1,652 people have attended a course with La Gente and training was delivered by 65 different training professionals provided by La Gente. If you have a specific course in mind and a particular skill you want to impart or develop we are able to develop and bespoke solutions working with you.
