"On Friday 2nd September 2011 our employees wages file for over 1200 employees failed and it was too late to manually input the file and risk not paying our employees on time. We therefore contacted our Relationship Director at Barclays who informed us of Esentual’s Emergency Payment Service. Within minutes of contacting them we had sent across our wages file to Esentual who were able to manipulate and then import the file into their own systems and confirm to us that they were able to make all 1217 payments on the same day.
Once we had made payment to Esentual they released all payments to our employees ensuring that they had cleared funds in their accounts for the forthcoming weekend.
