Overview
As an Employment Management business, Esentual provides a PAYE Umbrella service for temporary contractors. Since paying our first contractor in 2005 our PAYE Umbrella solution is now used by thousands of contractors every week. Through our dispensations we are able to pay legitimately claimed expenses without the need for receipts. We pride ourselves on having high service values and systems which are HMRC compliant.
The headlines are as follows but the solution comes in two formats depending on your pay rate and individual circumstances where either the "Classic" or the "Boost" will be applicable :

Esentual Classic
As the name suggests, Esentual Classic represents the classic Umbrella solution delivered using the traditional criteria that has been used since the inception of Umbrella Solutions some 12 years ago.
The majority of workers engaged using Esentual Classic are experienced contractors who have been paid using similar solutions for a number of years. Typically the worker is between £10 and £50 per week better off. Traditional markets for Esentual Classic are White Collar professional services (IT, accounting, legal, interim management), Construction and Driving.

Esentual Boost
ESENTUAL Boost is a product invented by ESENTUAL to use the flexibility and automation of technology to allow Umbrella solutions to work at lower pay levels, higher volumes, and in different markets sectors than previously possible. This is achieved three fold;
• Not deducting Employers NI from the worker but billing it separately to the Client.
• Not rolling up SHP but billing it separately to the Client when claimed
• Using automation to reduce costs and allow ESENTUAL to reduce margins.
The Client still makes a significant saving as Employers NI is markedly reduced by the expenses benefit paid to the worker. Typically the worker is between £5 and £25 per week better off.
