How to comply with AWR

We believe that by adopting the appropriate strategy the impact of the legislation can be mitigated to a manageable level. It is important to be clear however that an appropriate strategy can only be adopted if it is compliant with the legislation and with employment law. Avoidance is not an option. There are no short cuts or miracle cures and the legislation cannot simply be ignored.

It is our opinion that a compliant solution will fall into one of three categories, namely;- 

•    Use of a Comparator 
•    Pay between assignments or “Swedish Derogation” contracts 
•    Exemption under regulation 3(2) through self employment / limited company operation
